Sydney Island Venison Week

Friday, October 15 signals the beginning of "Sydney Island Venison Week" at The Cascade Room.

In cooperation with Two Rivers Specialty Meats, Chef Travis Williams has brought in a whole deer from Sydney Island and butchered & processed it all 'in house'.

Trained in the art of butchery, Chef Williams will be using his skills to prepare nightly features for our venison loving friends.

Features include:
Friday & Saturday Night: Venison Loin Features
Sunday: Roast Venison
Monday: Venison burgers
Tuesday: Venison Pot Pie
And all week, Venison Ragu.

Wash it all down with a pint of Guinness on a rainy Vancouver night, or if you prefer something lighter, try our popular Main Street Pilsner.

Two Rivers Specialty Meats is a purveyor of fine meats that are free of antibiotics, hormones and chemical feed additives.
