With England standing on the brink needing a win to advance from the Group Stage of the World Cup, it was a nervous early morning gathering at Cascade on Wednesday - made just a little bit more nerve racking as we had CTV Breakfast cameras joining us for interviews and to catch the reaction to goals scored! Though as the video shows, they may have had a touch of trouble trying to be heard above the drums, whistling and general cheering - just imagine if we'd been allowed to serve alcohol at that hour of the day!"The final whistle goes - Let the celebrations begin!"
Luckily for the England fans who packed in for the 7am kick-off, the 1-0 scoreline was enough to send them through to the Round of 16 and sets up a Sunday morning game - 7am again, damnit!!! So, come and cheer England on with us as they battle Germany in a knock-out game (just don't mention the war). See you there!!!
