Wild Boar Weekend!

Calling all meat lovers, Chef Travis Williams has brought in a Wild Boar to butcher and will be featuring it on the menu over the next week.

Friday and Saturday: Wild Boar Chops with Okanagan cherry sauce.
This weekend's Sunday Roast will be Leg of Wild Boar, and next Tuesday will feature a Wild Boar Pot Pie.

Other highlights will include Wild Boar bacon, Wild Boar tasso pizza features and smoked hocks in our Pot Pies.
